Most of my time goes to consulting through Prodmake and getting focused software products in front of real customers.

Perko is running a pilot at Solid Coffee in Almaty, with two other coffee chains in the pipeline.

Thinking Systems is home to a live portfolio of focused tools and games.

I’m also writing more of the operating lessons down. The point is not to perform productivity in public, but to leave a useful record of what survives contact with production, markets, institutions, travel, and family life.
